(64+69+73+x)/(4)=70 \\ (206+x)/(4)=70 \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ |* 4 \\ 206+x=280 \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ |-206 \\ x=74

He must earn a score of (at least) 74.
