I learned is/of = %/100 it is kinda a jingle if you say over where the slashes are.
I plugged in:
135 = x
180 100
if you cross multiply you have 135(100)= 180x
13500=180x
*divide by 180
13500/180=x
75=x therefore 135 is 75% of 180
