L=√(2) \\ M=3√(3)\\ N=√(16)=4 \\ P=√(9)=3


L+M=√(2)+3√(3) \\ not \ rational \\ \\ M+N=3√(3)+4 \\ not \ rational \\ \\ N+P=4+3=7 \\ rational \\ \\ P+L=3+√(2) \\ not \ rational

The answer is (3) N + P.
