The answer is B. But be warned, you alphabetize by the last name, not the first. :)

When entries on a Works Cited page are to be ordered, it is necessary to follow an established convention. The references on this section of the academic assignment are provided in alphabetical order by author's last name. For example in order to cite "Paradise Lost" by Milton in MLA format, the entry should be as follows: Milton, J and the name of the title needs to be typed in italics. Option B is the right one.
