diameter(d)=8 in.
radius(r)= d/2= 4 in.
height(h)= 3r = 3(4) = 12 in.
Volume=
r
²
h
=
(3.14)(4)²(12)
=(3.14)(16)(12)
=602.88 in.
Therefore, the volume of the cylinder is 602.88 in.
