$2 x^(2) -9x+10=2 x^(2) -4x-5x+10=2x(x-2)-5(x-2)= \\ =(x-2)(2x-5).$

Find both roots :

$\Delta=81-80=1$ hence
$r=\frac{9\pm1}4=\frac{5}2\text{ or }2$

Thus it is
$2(x-\frac{5}2)(x-2)$
