GCF of 24 , 36 , and 60

To find the greatest common factor of any set:
1) List their prime factorizations.

24 = 2³ × 3
36 = 2² × 3²
60 = 2² × 3 × 5

2) Multiply together any factor these all share.

2² × 3 = 12 (GCF)
