(3\cdot(-2)^3(5)^(-2))^2

Remember that:


\begin{gathered} (-2)^3=(-2)(-2)(-2)=-8 \\ \\ (5)^(-2)=(1)/(5^2)=(1)/(25) \end{gathered}

Replacing these values:
