985-35=950, 950÷2=475, 475+35=510
, 510 and 475

let the cost price of bench be x
then cost price of garden table is x+35
total cost = x + x+35
985 = 2x +35
985 -35÷2 =x
425 =×
then the total cost of bench is 425 and garden is 460
