Describe the possible locations(s) of the point (x,y):

x > 0, y < 0
and

If x is greater than 0, it has to be in quadrant 1 or 4, the top right or the bottom right
Since the y value is greater than 0, it has to be in the top left or the top right
Since they both fit into the top right, it is there in Quadrant I

If y is less than 0, the point must be in the bottom left (Quadrant 3) or Bottom right (Quadrant 4).
