The [H3O+] in a cabernet sauvignon wine is 5.9 ´
10–4 M. What is the [–OH] in this wine?

I think you want to say the [H3O+] is 5.9 *10^(-4) M. Under room temperature, there is a rule between [H3O+] and [OH-]: [H3O+]*[OH-]=10^(-14). So [OH-] = 1.7*10^(-11) M.
