Aaron is solving the equation x2 – x = –2 with the quadratic formula. What values should he use for a, b, and c?

a = 1, b = –1, c = –2
a = –1, b = 1, c = –2
a = 1, b = –1, c = 2

x² - x = -2
x² - x + 2 = 0

Comparing the given equation to Ax² + Bx + C = 0, we get,

A = 1
B = -1
C = 2

A = 1
B = -1
C = 2 is your answer if you solve the equation.

(And don't worry I didn't copy this person's answers. I just solved it out in my head that's all).
