312 bolts in 30 mins
or 312 bots in 1800 seconds
Time for 1 bolt is 1800 / 312 = 5.77secs (rounded to two figures)
260 bolts would take:
260 x 5.77 = 1500secs (rounded)
1500secs = 1500 / 60 mins = 25mins
