Like that of Vebonia, a Roman priest evaluated and examined the liver of a rabbit and a pheasant from the place. When the examination and investigation is over, and found out that the liver of the said animals "no fault", the choice of the site is finally confirmed and official because they believed that the place has no still pools, thus, the place was healthy.
