The absolute value of any number is the positive value of it for example, l-4l = 4 ,
l5l= 5. So the the graph will have same value of y for positive and negative x. For example, if x= -5 , the the absolute value is 5, and if x = 5, the absolute value is till 5. So the graph must by symmetric and whole numbers will whole number as answers. Therefore First graph is the answer

-- The absolute value is always positive.
That knocks out the middle two graphs.
So it's either the first one or the last one.

-- On the last one, pick any point.
Look at the graph where x=3. When x=3, y=4.
But the equation says that 'y' is the absolute value of '-x'.
Is 4 the absolute value of -3 ?
I don't think so.
It's looking like the first graph must be the answer.

-- Check any point on the first one, just to make sure.
