absolute value is always positive
absolute value of 3/8= +3/8

Answer:

There are infinite numbers greater than 3/8

Explanation:

The rational number 3/8 equals the real number 0.375, if the question would have been ¿which is the minor number of the infinite greater numbers of 3/8? it would be much more difficult to answer, because following 0.375 there is a vicinity of numbers that are real and irrationals, and have infinite decimals...

But in this case, any number higher than 0.375 is greater than 3/8, this means that an infinite quantity of numbers are greater than 3/8.

Finally is important to know that 0.375 is not greater than 3/8 (as 0.375=3/8), and the absolute value of 3/8 is 3/8, as this is a positive number.
