10x-3-2x=4
(Collect like terms)
8x-3=4
(Get x by itself, subtracf 3 from each side)
8x=1
(Divide 1 by 8)
X = 0.125

switch the -3 on the other side of = and reduce and simply.

so it would be 8x=7
x=7/8
