As you move the slider for supplemental angles, what do you notice about the sum of the two angles?Draw two of the supplemental angles you made using the demonstration. How would you know when twoangles are supplemental? What would be a good definition for supplemental angles?

A good definition for supplemental angles is that they are adjacent angles which sum 180°. In other words, they form a straight angle.

If we have supplemental angles and we move the central line that divides the angles, the total sum will be still 180° because they are supplementary.

So, we can conclude that two supplementary angles always sum 180°, no matter if one angle is 10° and the other 170°, they will always be on a straight angle which sums 180°.
