7(X - 7) + 9 (4 + 4x) ****For this problem, we will be using distributive property and combining like terms.
= 7x - 49 + 36 + 36x
= 7x + 36x - 49 + 36
= 43x - 13
So, in conclusion, the answer to this problem is: 43x - 13.
