Let x be the number of movies you watch.

Option A will cost you:

20x+160

Option B will cost you:

40x

The two options will cost the same when:

\begin{gathered} 20x+160=40x \\ 160=40x-20x \\ 20x=160 \\ x=(160)/(20) \\ x=8 \end{gathered}

Therefore, after 8 movies the two options will cost the same.
