How do you solve this problem step by step
y=x+3
y=x-1

set them like an equation: x+3=x-1
then cancel the equal terms on both sides of the equation which would end you up with: 3= -1, after that your answer would be no solution since there’s no terms in order to get you an answer.

Explanation:

since they have the Same slop (1) and different y-intercepts then they're parallel and there isn't a solution for this.
