the answer probably has something to do with length of time. aerobic activities are activities that involve the use of oxygen to make energy (ex: jogging) anaerobic activities are activities where the output of energy is greater then the amount of oxygen your body can take in. these activities last a very short amount of time aerobic activities can last hours
