1 quart = 4 cups, so 4 quarts equals 16 cups.

Method 1:
1 qt = 2 pints
4 qt = 8 pints
4 qt = 16 cups
Method 2:
1 qt = 4 cups
(4) 1 qt = (4) 4 cups
4 qt = 16 cups
Answer : 16 cups
