Frances Folsom Cleveland Preston was the youngest, she was married to Grover Cleveland.

Frances Folsom Cleveland was 21 when she married President Grover Cleveland on June 2nd, 1886. She is by far the most youngest first lady of the United States. She was married to President Cleveland while he was president.
