The answer is neither likely nor unlikely. This is because it's a 50% chance of grabbing or not grabbing T. If it was 13/24 chance of grabbing T, it'd be likely. If it was 11/24 it'd be unlikely. I hope this helped.

Its neither unlikely nor likely.
12/24 is 0.5. and 0.5 is 50% so its an equal chance making it unlikely nor likely.
