the slope intercept form is y=mx+b
-2y=-6x+4
divide both sides by -2
y=3x-2

6x -2y-4 = 0 \\ \\the \ slope \ intercept \ form \ is : \\ \\ y= mx +b \\ \\6x -2y-4 = 0 \\ \\-2y =-6x+4\ \ /:(-2)\\ \\y=(-6)/(-2)x+(4)/((-2))\\ \\y=3x-2 \\ \\ the \ slope \ (the multiplier \ of \ x \ represented \ by \ m ) \ is \3\\ \\ and \ the \ y-intercept \ (the constantrepresented \ by \ b \ ) \ is \ -2
