\begin{gathered} 47=(102)/(360)\ast2\pi(x)\Rightarrow\pi(x)=(1410)/(17) \\ \\ \Rightarrow x=(1410)/(17\pi)\Rightarrow x\approx26.4 \end{gathered}

So, the radius is approximately 26.4 inches.
