Mode is just the number that occurs most often.
18, 15, 16, 18, 20, 17, 14, 17, 18, 20
17.5 and 17.3 never occur. 18 occurs 3 times. 20 occurs twice.
So 18

The mode for this set of numbers is 18 because there are three 18's in the set of number, and only two 20's. :D
