The Marshall Plan was issued to rebuild the economies of many European countries that had been ruined in WWII. It would also prevent the nations from becoming Soviet Union Satellite Countries because the couldn't be taken advantage of. It also served to prove the strength of Capitalism. A, were trials of Nazi soldiers after WWII, C was a pact among communist countries and D deals with the construction of the Atomic bomb. Therefore none of these are the correct answers.
