A lot of them did not, they would either buy,trade, or sell them as slaves to other countries and people. But that was a long time ago, however slavery still exists in a few countries till this day.

No the Europeans did not treat Africans fairly because of a event called the slave trade. This was Europeans buying and selling Africans for use of slavery. They were beat and starved and they wear given the worst conditions and if they were not strong enough they would get killed Hope this helps.
