Well explained answer plz: Can girls with dark black skin bleach there girlstashes? ???

You cannot beach your girl-stashes because when you bleach your skin, your getting rid of the skin tone color. If you are a darker skin tone and bleach your hair, then the skin on your upper lip will be brighter than the rest of your skin.
