500 miles =880,000 yards and feet =2,640,000

(500 miles) x (1,760 yards/mile) = 880,000 yards
(500 miles) x (5,280 feet/mile) = 2,640,000 feet
(500 miles) x (1.609 km/mile) = 804.67 km (rounded)
