Please Help didnt have the book and have to complete a test! How does Jane’s narration of the novel affect the reader? (Points : 3) The reader knows none of the characters’ thoughts and must guess at their motivations. The reader understands Jane’s basis for action and feels compassion for her despite her unconventional behavior. The reader cannot tell whether Jane will survive her experiences in the novel. The reader expects that Jane will refuse St. John’s offer of marriage and remain an unmarried governess.

Well your obviously reading Jane Eyre so with her narrating we can understand her thoughts and hesitations.we as readers kind of develop a type of empathy in which were able to understand her emotions with her because of how she writes.
