It would be
B.Carbon dixide.
We give out carbon dioxide which gos to the plant, so they can give out oxygen for us to breathe.
And that cycle repeats itself forever and forever..

We, the Humans breathe in oxygen and plants breath in
CARBON DIOXIDE!
