5 pounds equals 80 ounces, the bags are 4 ounces so divide 80 by 4 and you get 20. One 5-pound bag can fill twenty 4-pound bags

5lb is equivalent to 80oz. When 80 is divided by 4, the product is 20, meaning that 5lb can fill 20 4oz bags
