Multiplying fractions is easier to understand than dividing fractions.A fraction has two parts: a numerator and a denominator. For example: 1/5. In this example 1 would be the numerator and 5 would be the denominator. To multiply fractions all you do is multiple the numerators together and the denominators together.
Ex.) 1/10 x 1/10= 1/100
In this example you multiplied 1 by 1 and put that as the numerator on you answer. Then you multiply 10 by 10 and that is the denominator for your answer. Let me know if you need another example.
