Please could with some help of: solve 4x + 11 < 23

First, you subtract the 11 from both sides of the equation:
4x+11<23
-11<-11
4x<12
Next, divide both sides of the inequality by 4:
4x<12
4 < 4
x<3

When dealing with inequalities your main goal is to isolate x. So you do whatever it takes to get X alone on one side.
4x+11<23
4x<12
x<3
