so 3 miles in 45 minutes
make ratio or fraction
3:45 or 3/45=1/15
ratio=1:15
so 26 miles
for every 1 mile, add 15 minutes
26 miles so
26 times 15=390 minutes or 6.5 hours or 6 hours and 30 minutes
