Slope
4x - 3y = 2
4x - 4x - 3y = 2 - 4x
-3y = 2 - 4x
-3 -3
y = ⁻²/₃ + 1¹/₃x

Y - Intercept
4x - 3y = 2
4(0) - 3y = 2
0 - 3y = 2
-3y = 2
-3 -3
y = ⁻²/₃

Slope: -1¹/₃
Y- Intercept: ⁻²/₃
