The pattern is that for the next number you add twice the amount you added previously. So the next three numbers are 95, 190, and 382.

The pattern you have here is: (n x 2 + 1)
For example, 2 x 2 + 1 = 5 and 5 x 2 + 1 = 11
So the next three numbers can be deduced as follows:
47 x 2 + 1 = 95
95 x 2 + 1 = 191
191 x 2 + 1 = 383
so the next three numbers would be 95, 191, 383
