2.06% is 2.06 hundreths. 2% as a decimal is .02,
so 2.06% written as a decimal is .0206.

The decimal point that is the same as 2.06% is 0.0206 for you move the decimal point, in the percent, two spaces to the left in order to find the decimal version.
