if another bag has 52 tiles in it with the same percentage of vowels and consonants as above how many vowels are there in it

For the first one, since there are 5 vowels in the alphabet, you would divide 26 from 5 and then multiply by 100. This would get you 9.6% So the probability is 19.2%
Since the percentage doesn't change and 52 is 26*2, you would multiply the number of vowels in question 1 by 2, which is 5*2, or 10 vowels in the bag
