SOLUTION

Since both rectangles have the same height to width ration, that means that


\begin{gathered} (21)/(34)=(7)/(w) \\ cross\text{ multiplying we have } \\ 21* w=7*34 \\ 21w=238 \\ w=(238)/(21) \\ w=11.33 \end{gathered}

Hence the answer is option A
