To find the overhead do 2400-525= 1875
then to find the answer do 1875/4 because of four friends and this equals
$468.75 in profit.

To find this answer, you must first subtract 525 from 2400, because this is called "overhead" and is what's needed to start the company. This brings you to 1875. Now you divide this by four to find your answer.
