If i sleep waaaay too much is that unhealthy or is it still giving me a lot of energy?

To much is bad. The average teen needs 10 hrs of sleep.

although sleeping can recharge your body, over-sleeping can leave you tired due to excess time that your brain goes through sleep patterns.

it is not bad to have naps, but sleeping for say 17 hours at a time can result in more fatigue depending on how tired you were before.
