3/4th of the bottle of juice would be splitting up the 16 oz bottle into 4th, so 16 divided by 4 equals 4. Then because he only drank 3/4th of the bottle multiply the 4 by 3 equaling 12. Then subtract 12 from 16 and you get a total of 4 oz left!!!
