y - 4x \leq -6 \\ y \leq -6 + 4x \\
After placing:

B. (-2)-4(1) \leq -6 \\ -6 \leq -6

B.(1,-2)
(-2)-4(1)=6
Therefore the ordered pair (1,-2) is the answer
