rational, as it is negative, a fraction, but also a fraction whose decimal form is repeating. so, since its a negative fraction, it can't be whole or natural, and since its decimal form is repeating, it's rational and not irrational. Hope that made sense

Edit:whole numbers and natural numbers are pretty much the same, since in nature there aren't really any negative things, like a tree isn't -11 feet tall

-2/3 is not whole, not natural, and not irrational.

From that list, the only thing it is is rational.
