sin(3x-16)=cos(4x-6) \\ sin(3x-16)=sin( ( \pi )/(2) -(4x-6)) \\ 3x-16=( \pi )/(2) -(4x-6)

3x-16=( \pi )/(2) -4x+6
then :

3x-16=2k \pi +(( \pi )/(2) -4x+6) \\ 7x=2k \pi +( \pi )/(2)+22 \\ x= (2k \pi)/(7) +( \pi )/(14)+ (22)/(7)

and \\ 3x-16=2k \pi + \pi -(( \pi )/(2) -4x+6) \\ 3x-16=2k \pi + \pi -( \pi )/(2) +4x-6 \\ -x=2k \pi + ( \pi )/(2)+10 \\ x=-2k \pi - ( \pi )/(2)-10
