The angle R of triangle PQR is congruent to the angle U of triangle STU. So


\angle R\cong\angle U

The angle H of triangle GHJ is congruent to angle Q of triangle PQR and angle Q of triangle PQR is congruent to angle T of triangle STU, which means


\begin{gathered} \angle H\cong\angle Q \\ \angle Q\cong\angle T \end{gathered}

So,


\angle H\cong\angle T

The side QR of triangle PQR is congruent to the side TU of triangle STU. So


QR\cong TU
